Arvind Manohar
He has been a practicing corporate lawyer for over 15+ years. He has experience in a variety of areas, including business and corporate laws; restructuring; mergers and acquisitions; general corporate advisory, including Indian company law; securities laws and regulations, including SEBI Takeover Code; foreign exchange management laws and regulations; foreign investment regulations; competition law; commercial contracts; insolvency and bankruptcy code; and stamp duty-related matters. After graduating from Government Law College in Mumbai, he went on to O.P. Jindal Global University in Delhi (NCR) to obtain his LL.M. in Corporate & Financial Laws. He also formerly worked for the internationally recognized Advocates & Solicitors, M/s. Crawford Bayley & Co. He has provided his services to numerous prominent global and domestic enterprises and business houses/groups, banks, and lending organizations. In addition, he managed a variety of business deals and M&As with a great deal of expertise in dealing with challenging issues.

Arundhati Talgaonkar
She has been practicing as a lawyer for the past 15+ years in the areas of civil matters, property and real estate, family matters, civil litigation, other legal matters, and general advisory, which includes Indian property laws, succession laws, conveyance, wills, gifts, private trusts, family disputes/settlements, divorce, woman protection laws, and stamp duty-related matters. With over 15+ years of experience, she has handled a variety of civil matters and transactions and has an established practice in general civil laws and various other ancillary subjects. She is a law graduate of Government Law College, Mumbai, and pursued her M.A. (Lit.) from Mumbai University. She is acting as an external member of POSH committees for numerous prominent global and domestic enterprises and business houses/groups and organizations. She acted as an independent legal advisor for many of the reputed celebrity private clients on a wide range of general civil matters and advisory work and has tremendous experience in managing complex matters too.
